Pilates is about controlled movement, not necessarily about strengthening or stretching.

Our physios are experts in controlled movement – it’s their bag, it's what they’re really good at.

We want to see how you move so an initial Pilates assessment is essential.

If it’s not controlled, then it isn't Pilates - it's not wrong, but it’s not Pilates.

It’s not choreographed, it's not one-size-fits all - it's tailored to you.

It's machine & mat-based - your pilates instructor guides you through each exercise.

Core stability?

It's rumoured without core stability we're nothing! Big breath in, forced breath out - who knows what to do, when?

We can teach you to train so you don't use your "core" too much, or too little but just right.

Core rigidity

Most people don't have stability and control, they have stiffness and rigidity, which is not useful if you want fluid movement.

Any class cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled session will be charged in full.

3:1 Pilates is tailored 'just for you': before joining a class you will need an Initial 1:1 assessment with one of our Physios. The simplest way... give us a call on 020 7736 0193 and we can find a convenient time for your 1 hour session.
